Welcome to my clinic, where I offer a personalised approach to nutrition and wellness. I'm Annie Winter, your Nutritional Therapist, providing evidence-based solutions tailored to address your specific health needs. Whether you're looking to enhance digestion, address hormonal imbalances, or boost energy levels, I have the tools and expertise to help you thrive.

In our initial consultation, we'll explore your detailed health history, assess major body systems, and analyze your current diet and recent lab tests. Each package has various session durations and numbers of sessions, so explore the options below to find the one that suits you.

I follow a patient-centered approach, meaning I won't dictate what you should do. Instead, I'll advise on potential routes to change your diet and lifestyle, leaving the decisions in your hands. This approach has proven to yield the best compliance and long-term success with my clients. Between sessions, I'm always available via email to answer any questions and provide support until our next consultation.

Some clients find a one-off 4-week program sufficient, while others benefit more from the 12-week program, especially for more complex cases. For those focused on weight loss, the 12-week weight loss program is recommended for closer support. In follow-up consultations, we'll discuss your progress and make necessary adjustments to bring you closer to your health goals. Follow-ups typically last for 1 hour (45 mins on the weight loss program), and you'll leave with a revised plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

Think of my approach as coaching—I'm here to support and guide you, but you decide what you want to achieve. Using well-studied behavior change models, you'll gain more control over your diet and lifestyle, forming healthier habits to continue outside of our sessions. My ultimate goal is to help you take back control of your health and set you on the path to a healthy lifestyle—all while making the journey fun, achievable, and enjoyable!
