Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY: - cancellations must be sent in writing via email to info@anniewinter.co.uk - cancellations more than 7 days prior to appointment date will receive a full refund if they cannot be rescheduled - cancellations 3-7 days prior to appointment date will receive a 50% refund - cancellations less than 3 days prior to appointment date are non-refundable - cancellations made by me will receive a full refund if the appointment cannot be rescheduled
